Kristina Matousch investigates phenomena as eroticism, violence, digestion and exchange. Her point of departure is the encounter between the human body and the everyday objects surrounding it. An encounter where intimacy is mixed with alienation and desire with repulsion.

Kristina Matousch (born 1974 in Kalmar, Sweden) lives and works in Malmö, Sweden. She took her master of fine arts from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm.
